Made appointment for oil change online and noted that I use Mobil One oil. 1/2 hour into the service, I was notified that they did not have Mobil One and they needed to go get it. The reason I put the note on the appointment was to avoid them not having it. After they got the Mobil One all went well. 2 hours is too long for oil change.
