Truck was towed in due to being in limp mode. Diagnostic came back that the fuse box was burnt due to cables being crossed although we did not touch wires, no claim was submitted for warranty. We paid out of pocket. Went to pick up the truck at night time so we parked it in our driveway until the next morning. The truck did not start the following morning due to a loose positive cable to the battery. Called the dealer and was told it was a human mistake. Spoke with the manager and he says technician said he made sure to tighten everything. Had it been another issue due to external circumstances, warranty would not have covered it and of course dealer would not assume responsibility since it would be easier to say it the due to the client. Would appreciate a more thorough inspection before releasing a vehicle for pickup to avoid additional costly expenses.
