Omar and Liz were awesome. Corvette tech was great as well, got the car back with a clean interior just as I left it, and the tech also got all tires to the correct PSI, something I had been putting off for weeks. Very happy with the attention to the PSI, small detail, but was awesome. Can't tell you how many times I've had tires rotated on cars and the the tech doesn't change the pressure to the correct PSI. The only issue I had was I called the dealership to check on the status of the car and was connected with a gentlemen in the service department who was not Omar or Liz. I was simply just checking on the status the and male employee was zero help. Said he couldn't look up the status because "all customer service reps have their own folders and he couldn't access mine". If this statement is true, this is a terrible business practice. If the statement is false, in which I believe it is, fire that lazy employee as he's doing no good for your business.
